Curtis Allen Halbert
He is a healthy 1pound 7 inchs boy!
He is doing great and measuring 2 days ahead of schedule.
He was stubborn for the first 20 minutes of the ultrasound, and kept his little legs crossed! The technician had me use the restroom to help encourage him to move. When I came back, almost as soon as the machine touched my belly I looked at the monitor and said "ITS A BOY" ..and sure enough it was ;) Mommy was right!
He was a little mover throughout the whole thing, we had a hard time getting the right measurements because he kept moving on the tech. (Probably the little bit of caffeine I had before the ultrasound..wanted to make sure he was moving!)
As far as I am concerned I am doing great, the doctor is keeping an eye out on my cervix, apparently it is shorter then normal. It could lead to bedrest/preterm labor etc.. My next apt. Dec. 18th she will do another ultrasound to make sure it hasn't shortened anymore. So please pray with us that will stay the length it is so I can hopefully avoid bedrest.
We are SO excited, Bradley did a little happy dance out of the doctors :) He's a proud Dad to a son!
